
PHTC convened interested residents and partners in March 2007 which evolved into the Bike Depot Steering Committee and met biweekly until January 2009. Steering Committee, staffed by PHTC staff, developed comprehensive long range action plan addressing budget needs/requirements, operations, real estate, staffing, community outreach, programs and evaluation.

The Board of Directors consists of the Officers (Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer [Chair of Finance Committee]), the Executive Committee (Officers, Committee Chairs and the Executive Director [Ex-Officio]), and the chairs of the seven committees (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Policy, and Legal)
A Community Advisory Board is a separate, yet valued resource to provide additional support and expertise to the Board of Directors on an as needed basis.
